Many of our clients are members of clubs and organizations that promote collaboration and offer learning experiences that are hard to replicate on your own.   A “clickable” link will take you to that organization’s website for more information. Bowie-Crofton Camera Club

The Bowie-Crofton Camera Club has been serving photography enthusiast for over thirty years and is one of the largest of the clubs and organizations in the area. In addition to Bowie and Crofton, our members come from a large geographical area that covers much of central and southern Maryland, including Annapolis, Severn, Waldorf, Laurel and Columbia.

The Digital Photography Club of Annapolis (DPCA) is a diverse group of beginners, hobbyists and professionals who love to take and share photos.We get together to learn, help each other, trade ideas and challenges, show our photos, and have fun. Come join us!

Laurel Art Guild

The Laurel Art Guild is a non-profit organization of people interested in the advancement of the fine arts. The membership consists of professional and amateur artists expressing themselves through a wide variety of media. The Guild strives to promote public appreciation for the support of its endeavors through community involvement.

Maryland Professional Photographers Association

The Maryland Professional Photographers Association, the official Maryland state affiliate of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), is committed to the artistic, technical, personal, and business success of the professional photographer.

Montpelier Arts Center

Montpelier Arts Center is a dynamic, multifaceted arts destination located on the grounds of historic Montpelier Mansion in northern Prince George’s County. Located on the grounds of the historic Montpelier Mansion, the center houses three galleries, artist studios, a metal casting facility, gas- and electric-fired kilns, a digital lab, and classrooms. The goal of the Montpelier Arts Center is to enrich the communities of central Maryland by providing quality visual, literary, and performing arts programs.

North Bethesda Camera Club

The North Bethesda Camera Club was founded in 1965, making it one of this area’s oldest camera clubs.  It’s goal is to help produce better photographers through assignments and competition. The 175 members of NBCC meet in Rockville, Maryland on most Wednesdays from September through May.

PhotoWorks at Glen Echo Park

Photography instruction takes place at Photoworks, our resident digital and darkroom photography studio and gallery. Located in the Arcade building, it is a unique learning center providing a personalized atmosphere for students to develop their talents in photography. Photoworks is equipped for film development and printing with enlargers, darkrooms, and a mat cutting area. The digital studio is equipped with six new iMacs, 2eMacs, scanners, and two Epson printers. Laptops are encouraged for digital classes.

Silver Spring Camera Club

The Silver Spring Camera Club is comprised of a diverse group of individuals passionately dedicated to the pursuit of photographic excellence. We believe the best method of understanding the art of photography is through education and sharing of ideas. For over 50 years SSCC has maintained a high standard of integrity and quality. Our reputation as the friendliest club in the metropolitan area is the basis of our success. We welcome new members of all ages and skill levels who share our interest in photography – please see our membership page for details.

VisArts is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to transform individuals and communities through the visual arts. Our vision is a vibrant, diverse community enriched and connected by the visual arts. Founded in 1987 as a grassroots organization serving local artists and located in the heart of Rockville, Maryland.
