Our Photo Express System makes ordering prints online fast and easy. There are no lengthy sign-up forms or software to download. Everything is done in your internet browser, so it’s great fun, too!

Order from the Photo Prints section when you need Pro Luster Prints, Archival Luster Prints, Premium Archival Matte Prints, or Fine Art Prints. For everything else, order from the Photo Products section! Select the product category you want and follow the directions on the screen.

When ordering from the Photo Prints section, start by selecting the images you want to be printed by pressing the “Add Photos” button. You can upload the photos by selecting “My Device”, “Dropbox”, or “Google Drive”. Drag-and-drop the images from a folder, or browse to the location where they are stored and select them. Once selected, a list will show the photos you selected.

Click on the “Upload” button. Once this is complete, a “lightbox” will display all the photos you have added. You can “click” on individual thumbnails to manually order different-size prints, or “click” on the “Select All” toggle switch in the upper right side of the screen. This will allow you to order the same size (and quantity) prints from ALL images uploaded.

A “pop-up” menu will appear displaying printing options, and available sizes. The first option is for “Pro Luster Prints”, but there is a “>” indicator on the far right side of the menu. Click on the “>” or “<” to navigate to the “Canson Plantine Fibre Rag” or “Hahnemhule Fine Art Baryta” option to start your order. Click on the desired size. The BLUE cropping tool and option buttons will appear to allow you to “CROP, CENTER, SHRINK TO FIT, ROTATE, or RESET” as needed.

More than one size can be ordered, with seperate cropping proporations by size / aspect ratio. Once ordering is complete, click the “DONE” button in the upper right. Repeat the process with any other images, then press the “NEXT:REVIEW & ORDER”.

Here you can review th order, make changes, or add Finishing Options like “1/4 inch White Borders”, “Borderless- (Default Option)”, or Full-Frame, No Cropping”. You can add specific instructions in the  “Comments” Section, before pressing the “ADD TO CART” button. Complete the order by pressing the GREEN “CHECKOUT” button.

Here, you specify how you want to recieve the order, either (“SHIP MY ORDER” or “PICK UP IN STORE”), then press the GREEN “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” button. If your order will be shipped back to you, select the “PAY NOW” button and fill in the required information. If you will pick up the order at our shop, you can select the “PAY IN STORE” button, filling in the required information to complete the order process. You must check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy”. 

Finally, click on the “CONTINUE TO REVIEW” button, where you can review the order and make any last minute changes. Click the “CONFIRM ORDER” button to complete the order. You will receive an email confirmation that the order was successfully transmitted to U-Photo along with a summary of your order.

You will get an email when your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup. We are available for in-person visits for pickup by appointment only, so please call ahead to schedule a time for a face-to-face visit.
