How Express Printing Works

Learning how Express Printing works is fast, simple, and fun. Because this system uses a web-based application, you can use it on a Windows PC or Mac without downloading special software. You can even create our photo products using your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or web-enabled tablet. The system will automatically direct you to our Mobile website to order prints easily.

Here are Step-by-Step instructions

Express Printing can be found on the main online ordering page, and you have the choice to make either Photo Prints or Photo Products. Photo prints are regular enlargements from 4″x6″ to 8″x12″. Photo Products are customizable creations like Canvas and Fine Art products, Metal and Acrylic Prints, Posters and Collages, Photo Books, Model, and Actor headshots, Greeting Cards, Phone Cases, Calendars, and more! The order process for this category is very similar to photo prints.

By clicking on the “Order Photo Prints” button, you willl be directed to the “Bulk Photo Uploader“. Click on the blue “Add Photos” button and you can select the location on your device where your digital files are stored. If you will be ordering 5×7 or smaller prints, use the “High Speed Upload“. This method can be up to 10x faster than the other upload methods. Use the “Full File Upload” option if you are ordering prints larger than 5×7. It takes a bit longer but preserves the higher resolution necessary for larger prints.

You also have the option to upload images for Express Printing from Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, Google Photos, DropBox, Google Drive, Gmail, One Drive, Take Picture, Box, and FTP. You will be asked to log in to your account, and once logged in, the application will automatically display all the images that are available to upload. Choose the files you want to print and click the “open” button at the bottom of the file selection window.

After your images have finished uploading, thumbnails of each picture will appear in the main window. Hover over each image to open an order dialog with print size and quantity options. Make your selection and proceed to the next image. Select a print size, then click Crop/Edit to see the resulting crop on your image. If you select a print size with a different aspect ratio than your image file, your photo will be cropped. You can choose your cropping during this step. You will also have the option to select “Full Frame, No Cropping” in the next step.

If you would prefer to order the same quantity and size prints from all of your images, click on the “Express Order” button and when you make your selection it will be applied to every image in the order window.

You can add more images at any time by clicking on the blue “Add Photos” button. When you are finished ordering prints, click the blue “Next Step” button on the right side of the top or bottom of the window. The next screen will offer several options:

Photo Borders – Indicate if you prefer to have a border on your photos. Prints are borderless by default.
Archive my photos on CD, DVD, or USB Stick- Save corrected images on CD (up to 650 MB), DVD (up to 4.5 GB), or USB (up to 32 GB)
Full Frame, No Cropping (May have borders on two sides).

There is also a place for you to enter comments or special instructions that you may want to communicate to us about your order.

When you are done, click the “Next Step” button on the right side of the top or bottom of the order screen. The next screen will allow you to review your order. If you want to make any changes, simply click on the “Previous Step” button on the left side of the top or bottom of the screen until you arrive back at the order screen to make any necessary changes.

Click the “Next Step” button until the “Shopping Cart” screen appears. Enter any promo codes that may apply to your order and click on the “Proceed to Secure Checkout” button.

This is where you can choose how you would like to receive your order. The default method is to Pickup in Store, but you can also choose for us to Ship My Order, and we can ship to your home or office address. When choosing Pick up in Store, you will be notified by email when your Express Printing order is ready.

Because we now work from a non-retail location, you will need to call and schedule the pickup. We are open for your convenience Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM. Click here to send us an e-mail!

You are almost done! We will need your billing information so we can process your order, including your mailing address. All that is left is to click on the Checkout button and you will be taken to the final screen to submit your order. Once submitted, you can print out the order page, if you want, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details.
