☞ Select the appropriate sharpening card slot.
☞ Place the stainless-steel tool vertically into the appropriate sharpening card slot.
☞ Move 3-5 times in one direction.
NOTE:

2. Pull back in one direction, not push and pull back and forth, Pulling back and forth may damage the knife and shorten the service life of the sharpener.
3. Not suitable for serrated knives.
4. Adjustment Knob to set the sharpening angle from 14 to 24 degree so that you could set the correct blade angle to sharpen different knives to their proper edge.
